Heartbook attaches great importance to user privacy. When you use Heartbook device, it may collect and use your information. Heartbook hopes that through this "Privacy Agreement" you will know how Heartbook collects and protects your information when you enjoy the services from Heartbook. When you use any of the service from Heartbook, it means that you have agreed that Heartbook can legally use and protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Agreement.
When Heartbook device works, it may collect and use the following permissions/information related to you. If you do not provide relevant permissions/information, you may not be able to enjoy certain services provided by Heartbook, or may not be able to achieve the actual effects of certain services.
Heartbook is a Bluetooth application and requires the following permissions to make the software a complete experience.
The location permission is used for low-power Bluetooth scanning and is a prerequisite permission.
Bluetooth usage permission is used for various operations of Bluetooth Low Energy and is also a prerequisite permissions.
Network permission will be used for collecting application error logs, application version update detection, and user data management. It is prerequisite permission.
The storage permission is used to save and view the auscultation data and It is prerequisite permission.
Camera permission will be used to set up the user avatars and feedback problem pictures. It belongs to prerequisite permissions.
(1).When you use Heartbook, it may collect the below information from you: Device information: When you use Heartbook device, the system may automatically collect the technical information through the device information or other ways, including but not limited to your mobile device and the version and identification code of your mobile device.
(2).Mobile phone number information：
Purpose: For user registration account
Way: Enter when the user registers
scope: Only used for registering an account and will not be used for other purposes
Heartbook strives to adopt various security technologies and procedures to protect your personal information, including but not limited to SSL, encrypted storage of information, to prevent leakage, damage or loss of information. However, meanwhile please understand that due to the limitations of existing technology and other possible risks, even though we already did our best to strengthen the security measures, it is hard to guarantee the absolute security of information.
In order to provide better services to all users, the device information collected by Heartbook from users will be used for application operation statistics and error collection to develop functions that users expect in subsequent version iterations!
In order to ensure that you can use the APP and the third-party services it accesses on different device types, in the process of providing services to you, based on the statistics of user bugs and abnormal reports, our APP is connected to the third-party SDK, Some third-party SDKs may call or obtain your related information. We list the names of these third-party SDKs, the purpose of use, and the permissions that may be called as follows.
If you decide to change the privacy policy, we will post these changes in this policy, the Heartbook APP, and where we think appropriate, so that you can understand how we collect and use your personal information, who can access this information, and under what circumstances we will disclose this information.
